This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Fayetteville eateries and bars. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
First time staying in Fayetteville, and I was BLOWN AWAY! Our hotel was spectacular and the little town had all the charm and southern grace like one of those Hallmark movies. Our contact person,...Sherri, was a pleasure to deal with and she is the PERFECT representative for Quality in the Quality Inn family. Beautifully kept grounds , maid staff to die for , overall BEST hotel stay I've ever had. Must see to believe.
Nice rooms. Well appointed, comfy beds. Great breakfast. My only issue was the hvac was quite noisy.
The housekeeping staff is what keep the place running. Cleaning and turning rooms for the next guests. They are hardworking people that rarely get the recognition they deserve Stacy is amazing
The location was perfect for us because we were super close to where we were going. I liked the room but our first night my husband killed a roach and the second night after we came back from our game the housekeeper for the day didn't clean CLEAN the bathroom!
Nice location and the works are nice. Breakfast needs to stop at 11am instead of 10am. Parking lot needs more lights. Quite and beds are comfortably.
Rating is 3.5, but I round up. Definitely not the best experience I've had at a Quality Inn but I only needed a room for one night so it was sufficient. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The layout was weird - some of the rooms were outside entrance, others where inside. If you opened the curtains, there was a walkway where someone could peer through, even on the second floor. The room was clean but smelled kinda funny at first. Not so much musty, but like overly strong chemicals smell. The bed wasn't that comfortable and creaked every time I moved. The lady when I was checking out was friendly, the guy checking in was grumpy and seemed upset that I was checking in at 10:45pm (delayed evening flight). Didn't partake in breakfast. If you're in a pinch and need a room, this is a decent option if the price is right. But I will avoid staying here again.
This hotel is nestled in downtown Fayetteville close to restaurants and shopping. The staff is friendly. The hotel had been undergoing renovations and it's looking great.
